Rating : - So Far, So Good Just got the TV a few hours ago, and So Far, So Good. The few bad reviews I read mentioned issues with the stand. I had none. Looks great. Sounds great. It has the best simulated surround sound I've ever heard from a TV. It still doesn't compare to true surround sound, but this is for my bedroom so I'm not in a hurry to buy another sound system. I have cable and this thing picks up a few HD channels(Fox, NBC, CBS, ABC, and maybe one or two more) without a cable box. So far, I'm happy as can be about the tv. I'll update the review if anything negative pops up. As far as the service from Amazon, it was great as usual. I got the tv for $600. It was 750 anywhere else. Free shipping. I ordered it late on a Monday night. It was delivered on Saturday at 330pm. Might have gotten it a day earlier but I always work late on Fridays. UPS shipped it to a company named CEVA in St. Louis. They called me to set up a time to deliver it, then drove over 2 hours south to drop it off. Read more ... |  |
