Rating : - Always wear protection I have had the case for 8 months (since the day I bought my iPOD). It is extremely sturdy without adding much additional bulk to the iPOD. The lack of extra bulk is key because I want to be able to put it in my pocket, not clip it to my belt. I have dropped my iPOD twice recently both from about 4 feet. The first time it landed on concrete and the flip stand broke off but the iPOD was fine. The second time was on tile and the top cracked, but again the iPOD was fine. It is really hard to get the case open, but that is fine by me. I have used my iPOD nearly every day for the past 8 months and it looks exactly like it did when I bought it. It even has the original clear plastic film that lies over the top surface attached and intact. I am buying another case today.
