I have an older model iPod that I use with the Nike+ for my workouts. This case holds the iPod with the Nike+ plugged in and is easy to manueuver even when it's strapped to my arm. My daughter has had trouble finding one to fit hers so I bought one for her too. You can't beat this price and the product works just great!!!
